不動産Tweet Old Postでツイートエラー。タイムアウトまでの時間を長くして解決

ワードプレスのプラグイン「不動産Tweet Old Post」でたまにエラーが発生していたので解決法をメモ。

不動産Tweet Old Post

「不動産Tweet Old Post」は過去の投稿自動的にツイッターへ投稿してくれるプラグインです。時間間隔を指定したり、カレゴリを指定したりすることができます。

エラーの内容

自動ツイートが8割くらい失敗します。試しに管理画面からツイートを行ってエラーを表示するようにしたらこのようなものが。

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Abraham\TwitterOAuth\TwitterOAuthException’ with message ‘Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

どうやら5000ミリ秒（5秒）のタイムアウトエラーのようです。プラグインのプログラムを変更して、待ち時間を長くしたらエラーは出なくなりました。

変更したコード Config.phpを変更

変更したのはこのファイルです。
/wp-content/plugins/fudou-tweet-old-post/twitteroauth/src/Config.php

とりあえず、5秒から10秒に変えたら大丈夫でした。

変更前
・protected $timeout = 5;
・protected $connectionTimeout = 5;

変更後
・protected $timeout = 10;
・protected $connectionTimeout = 10;

こんな感じでOKです。

たったこれだけですね。
